Director of Inclusion in the NHS Leadership Academy
There’s not an abundance of developers who have experienced leadership at the most senior levels; who have in-depth knowledge about systemic discrimination and how this works; who have the capabilities to effectively lead progress on race equality and who models this for BAME people. Jennifer Izekor has these qualities and more
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jennifer’s high quality work. She has delivered to my senior team of highly skilled practitioners and all have commended her knowledge and her excellent skills. Her efficacy is demonstrated by the capabilities she leaves within organisations.
